Selection Procedure
Seats are filled through Central Counselling, conducted by Govt. of Odisha. Selection of candidates is made on the basis of merit according to the marks secured in 10+2 Science or equivalent examination.
Eligibility Criteria
- Candidate must be of 17 years of age as on 31 Dec 2025.
- Must have passed 10+2 Science with Physics, Chemistry, Biology (45% aggregate for General, 40% for SC/ST) & English.
- Must have passed minimum M.E. standard Odia.
- Candidate shall be medically fit for the course.
- Both male and female candidates are eligible to apply.
- Only students who qualify in the entrance examination conducted by the State Nursing Selection Committee, Odisha will be allowed for admission.
Job Opportunities
After completion, students are employed in Government Hospitals & Special Health Care Centres, Private Hospitals, Rehabilitation Centres, Sports Centres and Sports Teams, Community and Mental Health Centres, Railway Hospitals, Army Hospitals etc.

Selection Procedure
Govt. quota seats are filled through Central counselling conducted by Govt. of Odisha. Selection of candidates is made on the basis of merit according to the marks secured in 10+2 Examination. Management quota seats are filled on the basis of merit of candidate.
Eligibility Criteria
- Candidate must be of 17 years of age as on 31 Dec 2025.
- Must have passed 10+2 with English and obtained minimum 40% in aggregate (5% relaxation for SC/ST candidates).
- Registered ANM with 10+2 pass is also eligible for GNM course.
- Must have passed Odia up to M.E. standard for Govt. institutions and Govt. seats in Private institutions.
- Candidate shall be medically fit for the course.
- Both male and female candidates are eligible to apply.
